I had a pleasant stay at 18 Suites. The room was clean and modern, and the bed was very comfortable. The location was great, with eateries, malls, and supermarkets nearby, making everything easily accessible. The staff were also friendly and welcoming. One specific situation that stood out was when I arrived at the hotel and requested a room without air freshener due to allergies. While the receptionist acknowledged my request, the room I was initially given still had air freshener. However, they quickly arranged for me to change rooms, although I had to wait for nearly an hour. Later that night, I opened the window for some fresh air, and unexpectedly, I was asked to sign a waiver for doing so. Despite this slight inconvenience, the cleanliness and comfort of the room, as well as the excellent service, exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend 18 Suites for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
