The hotel offers easy access to JY square and is within walking distance to Sugbo Mercado - IT Park and Ayala Mall. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with amenities such as a safe and mini fridge. The staff is friendly and helpful, providing excellent service. Guests can enjoy a hot or cold shower in the super clean bathroom, and there is a common area on each floor where they can get hot or cold drinking water.
The hotel's elevator was under maintenance during my stay, which can be inconvenient for guests with mobility issues.

I had a pleasant stay at 18 Suites. The room was clean and modern, and the bed was very comfortable. The location was great, with eateries, malls, and supermarkets nearby, making everything easily accessible. The staff were also friendly and cute. One specific situation that stood out was when I arrived at the hotel and requested a room without air freshener due to allergies. While the receptionist acknowledged my request, the room I was initially given still had air freshener. they quickly arranged for me to change rooms, although I had to wait for nearly an hour. Later that night, I opened the window for some fresh air, and unexpectedly, I was asked to sign a waiver for doing so. Despite this slight inconvenience, the cleanliness and comfort of the room, as well as the excellent service. I highly recommend 18 Suites for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
